Competency Test
Test questions are adjusted to the position or field of work to determine the candidate’s abilities more specifically.
Psychologist Interview
Knowing the suitability of test results and individual characteristics with company culture.
User Interview
Users will receive a minimum of 3 candidates recommended by CCSI for interviews.

The duration of CCSI recruitment services is 1 month, in which 1 month CCSI will provide at least 3 candidates who have been processed for Interview and Psychological Test, so that the company only accepts the best candidates.
What if within 1 month CCSI has not provided a candidate?
If within 1 month we have not provided a candidate, we will evaluate the challenge and if it is a mistake from the CCSI team, then we will give an additional 1 month free.
What levels of employees who can be recruited by CCSI?
